Job Description

The CS Associate spends 90% of their time handling incoming and follow up calls. Between calls and during scheduled off-phone time, he or she will work on various administration projects. Projects that occur during off-phone time can include reviewing and processing event-driven transactions; forms processing; third party problem solving; reviewing documentation (for accuracy and completeness); data management; and continuous process improvement.

Required-

Bachelor’s Degree required

Excellent communication skills

Flexible to work in 24X7 environment.

Basic computer knowledge (MS-Office)

Work Location- Gurgaon
