CCE - Collections (Walk in Interview)

Job Description

Walk In Interview - Apr 18th (Saturday) to Apr 19th (Sunday)
Time 11 am - 2 pm

* Make the 3rd Party Card/1st Party Collection Calls to US.
* Adhere to Collection targets on monthly basis.
* Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
* Ensure that all the calls are under FDCPA norms & thereby maintain optimum level of Quality over the calls.

Desired Profile

* Must be a Graduate or Final year student.
* Minimum 6months + experience in 3rd Party Collection or Ist Party Collections (US)
*Excellent communication, Interpersonal and presentation skills.
*Must Possess excellent reasoning skills.
* Freshers can also apply
