Voice & Accent Trainer/ Communication Trainer

Job Description

•To conduct new-hire training, pre-hire training, ongoing refresher training, monitor associates/ candidates on calls, in terms of voice & accent, communication, and soft skills

•To monitor curriculum effectiveness and assist with the creation, modification and updating of training content as required

•To effectively maintain and update training records

•To work in partnership with internal clients and colleagues to deliver quality training services to help achieve business goals

•To assist with sourcing, recruitment and college activities as and when the need arises

Desired Candidate Profile

•Must have 6 months to 4 years of International Voice based BPO experience

•Should have a minimum of 6 months experience in training new hires on accent neutralization, accent sensitization, communication skills and soft skills

•Strong knowledge of dealing with USA/UK/Canadian customers

•Ability to work independently, exercise discretion and take prudent decisions

•Self disciplined with a positive attitude
