Job Description   

Support all of CSC’s network management application - SMARTS, Concord, NetPArse, NetTP, NetEISS, NetCM, NetLatency, etc.. Provide network management support including installs, operations, reporting, integrating applications, provisioning, troubleshooting, working with customers. Master numerous capabilities from these applications and know how to bring the best value out of applications based on customer requirements. Some development will be included to automate processes, write scripts, troubleshoot automations. 

Desired Profile    

Network Management application experience with industry standard applications:
SMARTS (EMC) InCharge, Concord (CA) eHealth, 
Mercury Interactive, HP Openview, etc.

Networking and network management protocols:
TCP/IP, ICMP, SNMP, MIB structures

Experience with UNIX based platforms:
Sun Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, and some Windows

Experience   3 - 8 Years 

Industry Type   IT-Software/ Software Services

Functional Area    Network Administration, Security

Location   Chennai, Delhi, Delhi/NCR, Hyderabad / Secunderabad
