Job Description
“We currently have an excellent career opportunity available for a Senior User Experience Designer to join our User Experience team located in our India office and take up the following responsibilities:
• Be an integral part of the user interface design effort for one or more RSA products.
• Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing and other groups within RSA to optimize the user experience for our customers and to make ease of use a product differentiator.
• Create paper and online prototypes to gather early feedback. Must be familiar with the iterative
design process and be able to develop web pages for integration into the product.
• Communicate designs by creating storyboards, prototypes, user interface design specifications
and crafting process flow diagrams.
• Work closely with Usability Engineers to validate designs using a variety of methods, including
usability testing, focus groups, surveys, etc.
• Work with the User Experience Design team to optimize the design process and apply design
standards to ensure a common look-and-feel across all RSA products.
• Mentor and train other members of the User Experience Design team as necessary. ”
