Job Description

ESQ PROCESS:

Responsible for providing telephone support for customers on operation or maintenance of Dell products.

Assist phone customers by diagnosing problems, and providing resolutions for technical and service issues.

Resposible for Extended Warranty Support and Inwarranty extension sales.

Responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems.

Ensure proper escalation procedures are followed. Perform work in accordance to standardized policies and procedures.

Work requires strong analytical ability to resolve technical issues in addition to effective phone communication skills.

Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

DELL - ESQ PROCESS — INBOUND VOICE SUPPORT (US PROCESS)

Ideal Candidate should have thorough knowledge of the following:

Mainstream DOS and Windows Applications

Basic PC Hardware for desktop and portable systems

Microsoft Operating Systems

Candidates applying for this job should be willing to work in the NIGHT SHIFTS.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:

1. Excellent Communication Skills in English is a must.

2. Good knowledge in computer Hardware and Windows Operating systems.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduates in any stream.

• Candidates applying for Dell need to show us the original marks sheets of the education qualification and all work experience documents as proof(attested copies will not be accepted).
