2. This is a customer service process.

3. Candidates will be required to communicate with customers.

4. Candidates will be required to make outbound calls or receive inbound calls.

Candidates will be given comprehensive pre-process and process training before they are deployed on the production floor.

1. Candidates must be willing to work in AFTERNOON - EVENING shifts.

2. Candidates must have excellent oral skills.

3. Candidates must be either Graduates or Undergraduates.

4. Undergraduates need to have 6 months of work ex in a BPO with relevant relieving letters.

5. Freshers can apply. (Preferably 2009 Graduates)

6. Freshers must have graduated in the following streams (Ba, B.Com, Bbm, Bba, Bsc, and Bca)

SHIFT TIMINGS

The Shift starts at 12:00 PM and ends at 3:00 AM.

WEEKLY OFFS:

1. Candidates will be given two days off a week (not necessarily Saturday and Sunday)

2. Candidates will be deployed in any shift.

3. The first will be a communication round, the second will be an operations round.
