IBM Daksh is currently looking for Customer Care Executive - Voice for Kolkata

Requirements:  Graduates/Undergraduates in any discipline

Open to Shifts

Language Proficiency – English, Hindi

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Must have experience in BPO or Customer Service

Days: Monday - Saturday,

Time: 10.30 AM – 3.30 PM

You should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in computers with a strong customer service orientation.  You should be prepared to work in a Six days rotational shift with a one-day weekly off.
