Technical – Voice support – L1 Helpdesk

We are planning a mass recruitment for Technical Voice Support - L1 Helpdesk. The details of the job are as under.

Details of the job:

Communication - Experience with US customers

Technical requirement - Knowledge about Desktop/Network  (No expertise is expected).

Knowledge about Retail shops and their equipments, if possible (e.g. POS terminal, Barcode Guns etc).

Majority support is between 3 pm IST till 9 am IST. So shifts are being managed between these timings.  Shifts timings - 3 pm till 11 pm, 6 pm till 4 am, 11pm till 9 am.
