1. Day to day operations management of the installed hardware and software system.

2. Monitoring - performance, change and Capacity.

3. Monitoring Link UP/DOWN

4. Monitoring Router Thresholds for C PU, Memory etc.

5. Monitoring Bandwidth Utilization.

6. Basic Configuration and Details of LAN Diagram.

7. LAN/TCP/IP Configuration.

8. Link Re-routing - predefined

9. Network devices IMAC and Ba sic Configuration.

10. Replacing defective parts.

11. Ongoing Health Check as per defined procedure.

12. Incident Management

13. Firewall ACL configuration & maintenance as per the standards.

14. Network components builds, configuration/re-configurations.

15. Manage links uptime & downtimes with help of MetLife provided tools.

16. Monitoring Automatic Call Distribution System

17. Monitorin g EPABX / private voice networks thresholds for CPU, Memory etc.

18. Monitoring performance of voice systems.

19. Basic Configuration and Details of Phone/Voice ports Diagram.

20. Mapping phone Con figuration with processes.

21. Network devices & Phones IMAC and Basic Configuration
 
Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking at Candidates who is expertised with the any of  the below  mentioned skills
 Avaya Voice Portal
AIC, OA  and AES
Verint logger
Avaya Dialer
