Responsible for providing telephone/email/chat Support for Commercial Business

segment - diagnostic technical support of Client Products - Desktop, Laptop and

workstation and various software applications (Windows, LINUX)

Answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization,

performance, and usage of assigned products i.e. END TO END HARDWARE

Business Compliance - Verifies warranty , Data Integrity , entitlement and

determines appropriate action

Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend

 solutions to correct failures

Documentation of the problems to support solution database for diagnostics and

solution implementation. - END TO END CASE MANAGEMENT
