Job Description  Â
• Must have worked in a Remote Server Support Environment for atleast 4 - 5 years
 and handled good volume of servers
• Good Windows Skills set especially in OS Troubleshooting (Win 2k & Win2k3)
• Good knowledge on Server Builds
• Good hands on experience in Hardware troubleshooting, ability to interact with
 Site Support / Vendor to resolve hardware issues
• Good exposure to Dell / HP servers
• Good hands on experience in Microsoft Clustering
• Good Hand on experience in Windows File & Print
• Good basic knowledge in Active Directory
• Must be able to work in a 24*7 SLA Driven environment
• Good communication skills is a must especially Spoken /Written English as lots of
 interaction with End Users happens
• Knowledge / Deployment of Microsoft Patching using tools
• Working knowledge of Server’s Firmware / Driver for hardware components
• Working knowledge on Ticketing Tools
• Ability to work during Weekends , able to handle Oncall Support
• MCSE 2003 & ITIL v2 or v3 is a must
