Walkin Interview -”Windows Server Support”-Fidelity, B’lore - 30th Jan
Job Description  Â
This position will be a key resource for EI Windows Infrastructure administration and
 support. This will include customer support, on call support, cross site
coordination and troubleshooting. This position provides technical leadership and
ensures that the windows infrastructure, customer service and support are provided in
accordance with established service level agreements while ensuring standards are
maintained. This position also participates in the planning and implementation of
local and regional projects.
Shift requirements:
The Windows server support engineer may be required to work (or switch) to any of the
shifts:
On call requirements:
Flexibility to work a 24×7 rotational on-call schedule

Required Skills:
Must have extensive experience the following tools/technologies:
• Microsoft Windows 2008, 2003, 2000, etc
• Intel enterprise server level hardware (HP/Compaq preferred but not required)
• MS Windows clustering technology
• Microsoft Internet Information Server
• MS SQL or related RDBMS
• VMWare technologies
• SAN technologies
