Administration & Shared Services organization (CA&SS) is charged with driving these

optimization strategies for all Administrative and Global Shared Services.

HP’s internal BPO business, GBS (Global Business Services), is leading one of the key

corporate strategic initiatives. The Transformation organization, under GBS, owns

functions such as Transition, Industrial Engineering, Global Six Sigma and Process

Management. This organization is looking for talented individuals who will become

part of the all-star transition team heading up this unique effort within HP.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The GBS Transition Process Expert is responsible for designing, implementing and

supporting all solutions and processes as part of transition of new processes in the

GBS Organization.

He/ she will be responsible for

* Pre Transition- Project Scope Identification / Scoping support

* End-to-End Business Model Mapping

* Provide Process Solution : HC/ Workflow / Systems / Others

* Providing critical Process support during transition of all business processes,

help in designing efficient ,Six Sigma processes, standardizing and reinventing

processes

* Improving and standardizing implementation methodologies & customer interface touch

points, Partnership management with critical biz partners

* Workflow and Document management Solutions -Product management,and program

management including Implementation support

* Process Stabilization Support (In case of escalations / critical projects)

Skills requirement

* Customer centric. Strive for quality in service delivery to our customers

* Experienced in managing conflicts

* Able to work in an unstructured environment and bring structure to a problem,

synthesize issues.

* Process driven, able to improve the profitability and processes within transition.

* Ability to work effectively in diverse, foreign, virtual and multi-cultural

environments.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Familiarity with the HP BPO processes will be an advantage.

* Consulting

* Outsourcing expertise

Experience and Education

* Expert in one or more of the following function: HR, Order Management, Procurement,

Supply Change, Finance and Accounting, and Relationship management / Customer facing

at all levels of the client organization

* Consulting/ solution development experience

* Working in complex project environments

* Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field.

* 9 years’ work experience of which at least 5-6 years in consulting/ outsourcing/

solution development roles

* Managing process consulting during transitions in BPO/BPO like environment Exposure

 to quality concepts,BPM, industrial engineering etc

* Implementation of Standard tools/applications on a global level and of working with

 diverse partners

* Analysis of business requirements and identifying improvement opportunities in the

 existing business processes and for identification and implementation of technology

based automation solutions
