Understanding of features of produts, Understanding of various industry standards

Scripting (PERL, Python, Shell, C/C++)

Knowledge of industry standard IDEs, tools & equipments .

Communications skills MUST BE excellent.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Problem solving and logical reasoning ability

Good team leading skills

Strong interpersonal / customer relation skills
