Roles and Responsibilities: Mediation and Provisioning

Skill & Job Requirements: ? Telecom operational supoort/maintenance background in

OSS/ BSS -

? Good understanding of Mediation. Must Have exposure of Unix,Intech. (Mediation) or

Comptel mediation.

? Working experience in operational support of Mediation, Provisioning, Billing,

 OSS, Service Assurance, Service Fulfillment

? Must have worked in a teams of around 5-6 people in shifts.

? Must have strong understanding of SLA based enviornment and worked in a risk/

reward type of SLA setup

Qualification: null

Experience :  2-4 YEARS

Skills: 1. L2 support for Mediation, Service fulfillment. Must Have exposure of

Unix,Intech. (Mediation)

2. Dat to Day operation / support on Mediation for pre-paid and post-paid environment

3. Analysing the provisioning error/ response

4. Individual contribution role for operational support

5. Work in a team as team player

6. Knowledge of SMSC server

6. Modification/ Enhancement of scripts from time to time as per business needs.
