Front Desk Operations:

· Handling of EPABX

· Handling Call billing software

· Handling Visitors

· Magazine and News paper Management

· First Aid box management

· Housekeeping requirements for the front desk

Time office Activities:

Handling of Attendance Registers and attendance

Handling access control machines

Handling of reports pertaining to the attendance & Access control

Handling of Couriers

· Domestic & International courier
 
Desired Profile
   
Good communication skills & hands on with Computer operations

Good people management skills

Fresher to 1 year of experience

An exposure of the Customer handling or service industry

An exposure of working on the front desk
 
Experience   0 - 3 Years
