Hi Candidate

We are looking for OSS/ BSS Soln Designers required at Tech Mahindra PUNE.

For the same we are carrying Face to face interviews on 13 n 14 Feb 2010 at Tech

Mahindra Hyderabad office.

The experience range is 5 yrs to 20 yrs.

Designation Opening for Solution Architect position at Tech Manhindra

1) Should you have the entire visibility of Provisioning/Billing/Assurance.

Preferable experience in as many of these and one full life cycle from design to

delivery.

2) Overall awareness of eTOM and UML.

Job Description

For Solution Architecture & Design Lead:

Key Responsibiblities:

1. Deifne E2E Solution Design.

2. Monitor Business Process to System function mapping

3. Monitor Soln componenets roles and responsibilities.

4. Monitor E2E interaction architecture across componenets.

Overall Experience range :

12+ years in Telecom.

Skill Description (experience range) :

1. Understanding Of Business Processes & Best Practices In The Telecom Industry.

2. In Depth knowledge of any of the OSS or BSS systems. Must have working experience

on OSS or BSS systems.

3. Knowledge of Technoligical requirements - Scalability, Performance, Availability

accross the OSS, BSS stacks.

4. Ability to think out of the box in a complex system/process environment to come

up with innovative solutions.

5. Knowledge of design tools like UML (Rational).

Job Description for OSS Architecture & Design :

Key Responsibiblities:

1. Deifne OSS Solution Architecture.

2. Define OSS Business Process to OSS System function mapping.

3. Define interaction architecture of OSS components.

4. Define roles and responsibilities of OSS componenets.

5, Technically guide OSS systems closures.

5. Assure BAU & existing commitements during transformation

6. Ensure application level security.

Overall Experience range :

10+ years in telecom - OSS stack

Skill Description (experience range) :

1. Knowledge on OSS domain like Network Management, Performance Monitoring, Service

 Fullfillement, Fault management.

2. Knowledge on Network Protocols like SNMP, SIP, H.323 etc….

3. Working Experience on OSS products.

3. Knowledge of Technoligical requirements - Scalability, Performance, Availability.

Job Description for BSS Architecture & Design :

Key Responsibiblities:

1. Deifne BSS Solution Architecture.

2. Define Business Process to BSS System function mapping.

3. Define interaction architecture of BSS components.

4. Define roles and responsibilities of BSS componenets.

5, Technically guide BSS systems closures.

5. Assure BAU & existing commitements during transformation

6. Ensure application level security.

Overall Experience range :

10+ years in telecom - BSS stack

Skill Description (experience range) :

1. Knowledge on BSS domain like CRM, Sales Tool, OrderManagement, Fault Management,

Billing, Customer Reports, .MIS,

DataWarehousing, Systems Integration (middleware).

2. Knowledge on BSS systems like Siebel, Geneva, Kenan, Oracle Datawarehousing,

TIBCO, Tuxedo…..

3. Knowledge of Telecom business process.

4. Knowledge of Technoligical requirements - Scalability, Performance, Availability.

5. Knowledge of design tools like UML (Rational).
